Description
Thin silver branches with the texture of bark wind around each other to make this open cuff, parting into loops across the top of the wrist. Where they open widest, a large oval garnet sits in a smooth bezel, with smaller pear and round garnets gathered on either side. The band is shaped like a small sculpture of twisted branches holding the stones, and that design is what makes this a designer silver bracelet for women.
We make this sterling silver bracelet by hand in our workshop, from 925 silver. The finish is oxidized and plated in black rhodium, so the metal reads dark grey while the raised ridges of the bark stay paler. At the open ends the branches meet in rounded loops, leaving no cut edge against the skin. This black cuff bracelet weighs about 40 grams.
The garnets are natural and untreated, faceted and wine red, from the central oval to the small pears and rounds. Each sits in its own bezel, a closed rim of silver that holds the stone and covers its edge. Garnet is the January birthstone, which makes this natural gemstone bracelet a garnet birthstone bracelet, the stone of anyone born in the first month of the year.
The open cuff is one size and fits most wrists. This 925 sterling silver bangle bracelet has no clasp and goes on from the side, with the gap resting under the wrist. Other open shapes are in our cuff bracelets collection, and more 925 pieces in our silver bracelets.
Made by hand for you, just like the piece in the photos: the same design, metal, stones and weight. An uncut stone, baroque pearl or coral branch is matched by weight, so its shape is its own. Details →
