From shipping and sizing to stones, pre-orders and returns, these are the questions we are asked most often. If you still need something, just write to us.
Orders & shipping
From our workshop to your door.
Some pieces are ready to go. Others are made after you order. Either way, we keep the process straightforward.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally from Türkiye. As with any international store, a small number of destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, payment, sanctions or other compliance restrictions.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $25. Orders of $100+ ship free.
You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing payment.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.
Customs procedures, local carriers and seasonal demand can sometimes add time along the way.
Are all pieces ready to ship?
Not always. Some pieces are already in stock and can be prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation. Others are offered as pre-order or require production before they can be shipped.
How long does a pre-order take to make?
Production usually takes around 1 week after payment confirmation, depending on the piece and its specifications.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible and we will review what can still be adjusted.
Once a piece has entered production or the order has already been dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on the destination, an international order may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are set by the destination country and are normally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns

Start by contacting us. We will help you understand the next step before anything is sent back.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If the piece is not right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
The item should be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging. For a standard return, you arrange and pay for return shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Where possible, include clear photographs of the package and the piece.
We will review what happened and advise you on the next steps.
What if my shipment appears delayed?
If an order appears significantly delayed or missing in transit, contact us. We will review the shipment status and help check the delivery situation with the carrier.
Jewelry & stones

The small differences are part of what gives handmade jewelry and natural materials their character.
Is Magic Stones jewelry handmade?
Yes. Magic Stones jewelry is made by hand in Türkiye by skilled makers.
Handmade finishing and the individual character of stones can make each piece slightly different.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
The design will be the same, but handmade finishing and the individual character of a stone can mean small differences from one piece to another.
Natural materials may vary slightly in tone, veining or inclusions. We consider those differences part of the material rather than a flaw.
What stones and materials do you use?
We work with a wide range of precious and semi-precious gemstones, pearls, coral and other materials in different colors, cuts and textures.
The product page identifies the metal and, where a stone is used, the stone itself. If a material is an imitation rather than a gemstone — opalite, for example — we say so.
Can I ask for more photos before ordering?
Yes. If you would like a closer look at a stone, its color or another detail before ordering, contact us and ask for additional images.
How do I find the right ring size?
Use our Size Guide to measure a ring that already fits or to check your finger size before ordering.
Why does Magic Stones use zultanite so often?
Zultanite is one of the stones we keep coming back to because its color shifts noticeably with different kinds of light.

Can you make a piece with another stone, metal or size?
You can contact us about a custom piece if you are looking for another stone, another metal, or a size that is not listed.
Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible for that particular design.

We accept major bank and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy.
Is payment secure?
Magic Stones presents iyzico as its payment service at checkout. The payment and verification steps shown for a transaction depend on the checkout flow.
