Production & Order Processing
Some of our jewelry is ready to ship, while other pieces are made after your order is placed.
If your selected item is in stock, we will prepare it for dispatch once your payment has been confirmed.
If an item is marked as pre-order or is currently unavailable, production begins after payment confirmation. In most cases, production takes approximately 1 week, depending on the piece and its specifications.
This allows us to maintain careful quality control and give each piece the attention it deserves.
Shipping Rates
We offer worldwide shipping.
- Standard shipping: $25
- Free shipping: on orders over $100
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is usually around 2 weeks, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local carriers, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
Our store may offer both:
- In-stock items, ready to be shipped after payment confirmation
- Pre-order items, which require production before dispatch
If your order includes a made-to-order or pre-order piece, additional preparation time may apply before shipment.
International Shipping
We ship internationally and welcome customers worldwide.
For international orders, local customs procedures may affect final delivery timing. Depending on the destination country, orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
Once an order has entered production or has already been dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original condition
- returned with its original packaging
- accompanied by the original invoice where required

Damaged, Incorrect, or Delayed Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, clear photos of the package and item.
If an order appears to be significantly delayed or missing in transit, we will review the shipment status and assist you in checking the delivery situation with the carrier.
