All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After an order is placed, payment must be successfully received and confirmed before the order is processed.

Some pieces may be available for immediate dispatch, while others may be offered as pre-order items and require production before shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, payment issues, product unavailability or suspected misuse of the website or payment system.

Prices are displayed in the applicable store currency shown at checkout.

We may change prices, product details and product availability without prior notice.

Payment is charged at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy, together with payment methods made available through iyzico at checkout.

Some pieces are in stock and can be prepared for shipment after payment confirmation.

Other pieces may be offered on a pre-order basis and require production before dispatch. In most cases, production takes approximately 1 week, depending on the product and its specifications.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer regarding the next steps.

We offer international shipping to many countries. Some destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, payment, sanctions or other compliance restrictions.

Standard shipping is $25. Orders of $100+ qualify for free shipping. The applicable shipping amount is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, courier operations, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.

For a standard return, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has entered production or has already been dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Slight variations in color, texture, tone, shape or surface detail may occur. This is especially relevant for jewelry featuring natural stones, baroque elements, handcrafted finishing or distinctive materials.

Natural variations of this kind are part of the character of the material and the piece and should not be considered defects.
