Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After an order is placed, payment must be successfully received and confirmed before the order is processed.

Some items may be available for immediate dispatch, while others may be marked as pre-order and require production before shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected misuse of the website or payment system.

Product Availability

Some items are in stock and ready to ship after payment confirmation.

Other items may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are not currently in stock and require production before dispatch. In most cases, production takes approximately 1 week, depending on the product and its specifications.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer regarding the next steps.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has entered production or has already been dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
