A long open teardrop of silver, edged all the way round with small white zircons, hangs at the bottom of each earring. Inside it three green pear-shaped stones lie at different angles, as if they had fallen into the frame and stayed where they landed, and three round colorless stones in small bezel cups sit between them. We cast these Turkish silver earrings in 925 sterling silver and finish them by hand in our workshop in Türkiye, then plate them with rhodium and polish them. The rhodium gives the silver a bright white tone close to the colorless zircons, so the frame reads as one line of sparkle around the green. The fastening is a latch back: a hinged wire passes through the piercing and snaps shut into the top bar, with no separate back to work loose. The pair weighs about 10 grams.

These are green statement earrings, long enough to be the one piece you wear: with hair pulled back and an open neckline they need no necklace.
